YOGA WALL SPECIALTY COURSES
Experience the many benefits of the Yoga Wall through a semi-private course (4 Students). Attending a series course provides you with a progressive learning curriculum that is tailored specifically to the needs of the people enrolled. Personalized attention and your own spot at the Wall will help you find the best practice to serve your unique body and being.

June is the time for flowers to bloom and gardens to grow. It’s the time to integrate your health-conscious breath and asana practices with the wall. During this wall course you will challenge yourself in your asana practice with the support of the yoga wall through a series of asanas for core strength and stabilization and functional movement, working towards a depth of understanding of the principals and the benefits of inversions. This course is for those who have yoga wall experience. Come prepared with an asana you would like to explore and deepen.

Yoga Wall for Spinal Awareness
with Dani Locastro

Join Dani in this special Pop-UP wall class that will take you through an experience of understanding the spine. We will work with the wall system of belts, bars and straps as well as a chair to support the “felt -sense” and alignment of the spine through the practice. This practice meets you where you are, and Dani will mindfully teach you to connect with the supportive props and yourself for deep awareness of effort and ease to be in the asana practice- supported. No wall experience necessary.
