Spirit Study
with Sarah Capua
The Second Saturday of the Month
Upcoming Dates: 6/14, 7/12
9:30-11:15 am
$30 (per session)
At FulBeing, we celebrate what it means to be human. We all suffer, and when we take on our suffering as the path, a world opens up to us. Through teachings, practice, and community, we experience the universality of our individual conditions. We gain insight, compassion, curiosity, and a nourishing relationship with ourselves.
In this series, we will explore the seminal text on yoga philosophy, the Yoga Sūtra-s of Patanjali, and utilize meditation practice as a support for our explorations. Perfect for anyone who wishes to address suffering in their life, study this important yogic text in detail, build like-minded community, or establish an accessible meditation practice. Beyond self improvement or quick fixes, together we can discover how our humanity can help us through the art of being a human.

Mothering Matters: Expanding our Inner Resources in Hard Times
with Mary Farkas, RDT, LCAT
& Lucy McLellan, RDT, LMHC
Sunday, June 8
12:00-3:00 pm
$60
Motherhood is an emotional rollercoaster ride, which often ends in feelings of shame. This workshop offers a holding space for moms to explore the ups and downs of new parenthood. We will explore the ways our minds and bodies can help support us through the inevitable stressful times. Participants will gain tools for nurturing the many emotions and parts of us that arise, postpartum. Using evidence-based strategies, we will explore how we might endure and enjoy this new life chapter and nurture ourselves as we nurture our little ones.
Our work is informed by systems of care that include somatic therapy, attachment theory, creative arts therapy, neurodiversity, Internal Family Systems, and body liberation. Inspired by these models, we invite you to join us in getting curious about mothering and its many different parts. This group is open to all female-identifying parents with babies under two years old.

Myofascial for Moms: Postpartum and Beyond
with Joelle Van Sickle
Mon. June 16
5:30-6:45 pm
$30
Are you someone who is holding up a small being along with yourself? Myofascial Release can provide healing and nurturing support during this often demanding time.
MFR can help soothe sore and stiff areas, enhance breathing, and calm the nervous system. Through using massage balls, foam rollers, and more, we will practice self-treatment techniques to hydrate, release, and build resiliency in our tissues, paying particular attention to the common aches and pains that may arise in this stage of our lives. When our fascia is nourished and balanced, we can experience pain relief, greater mobility, and a renewed sense of well being. Please note: although we love seeing your babies, this is a class for Mom alone so we may attend fully to our own needs.

Summer Solstice Sound Body Yoga
with Sarah Capua & Stephaine Rooker
Saturday, June 21
5:00-7:00 pm
$60
A very special immersive practice of yoga, sound, and intention setting on this longest day of the year.
Join Sound Healing facilitator Stephanie Rooker and Yoga therapist Sarah Capua for this practice of sound, movement, and presence exploring the space of deep listening. In this practice, simple movement is intricately woven with breath, visualization, and intention to focus the mind in presence. Students are held in a container of intuitive, improvisational sound, drawing them inward in self-exploration and outward to join in community. Sound Body Yoga aims to access the whole of ourselves and experience the wealth of inner support available when we are living in connection to our breath, body, and voice.
