Questions? We're here to help.

Whether you're new to yoga, exploring holistic care, or looking for a different approach to feeling better, it's natural to have questions. Here are a few things you might be wondering.

  • Is yoga safe for beginners or older adults?

Yoga can be beneficial at many ages and experience levels, but the right approach depends on your individual needs, health, and mobility. At FulBeing Collective, our therapeutically trained instructors lead small classes and adapt their teaching to the people attending. If you're unsure where to begin, we're happy to help you explore your options.

  • How are FulBeing's yoga classes different from a traditional yoga studio?

Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of eight students in weekly drop-in classes and four in Yoga Wall sessions. Our therapeutically trained instructors consider each student's needs when planning classes and regularly collaborate with FulBeing's healthcare practitioners. This allows us to offer more individualized attention than you might find in a larger group fitness setting.

  • Can I practice yoga if I have an injury or chronic pain?

It depends on your condition, symptoms, and the type of movement involved. Some people benefit from modified yoga or therapeutic movement, while others may need an individual assessment before joining a class. Our team can help you explore appropriate options, including physical therapy and individualized instruction.

  • What is the difference between traditional physical therapy and FulBeing's approach?

FulBeing takes a holistic approach that considers your movement, lifestyle, goals, and overall wellbeing. Our practitioners can collaborate across disciplines to explore complementary approaches to recovery, building strength, and ongoing care. The goal is not simply to address an immediate concern, but to help you maintain progress over time.

  • What is the Collaborative Therapeutics Program?

FulBeing's Collaborative Therapeutics Program (CTP) brings together practitioners from different disciplines to develop an individualized approach to care. It begins with a consultation to discuss your concerns and goals, helping identify which services may be appropriate for you.

  • What is community acupuncture, and how is it different from a private session?

Community acupuncture takes place in a comfortable, shared treatment space rather than a private room. This model allows FulBeing to offer treatments at a more accessible sliding-scale price. It's an option for people interested in exploring acupuncture or incorporating it into their ongoing wellness routine.

  • How much do yoga classes cost at FulBeing Collective?

FulBeing offers individual classes and class packages, including a $49 introductory offer for three classes for eligible new students.

Our small class sizes, therapeutically trained instructors, and individualized approach are reflected in our pricing. Visit our class schedule and pricing information to find the option that's right for you.

  • Where is FulBeing Collective located?

FulBeing Collective is located in Wappingers Falls, New York, serving people throughout the surrounding Hudson Valley. We offer private wellness services, small-group movement classes, workshops, and courses.

I've been coming to classes and sessions at FulBeing for over four years. In that time, I've developed a deep sense of my body and its abilities – and I am so grateful. Since working with them, I have begun to treat myself with more kindness and to find more joy in movement than I have ever had in my life. I attribute this to the knowledgeable and caring practitioners at FulBeing who take the time to get to truly know the people – like me – who spend their days in their studio. This is not a cookie-cutter place, with cookie-cutter teachers. These are real people, committed to helping real people have healthier, happier, more grounded and present, pain-free lives. I am beyond grateful for FulBeing and all they've done to help me find more peace and health as a person with a body that doesn't always work the way I'd wish it would." – Lu C.
