4th trimester series is a postpartum rehab series focusing on healing, core/pelvic floor awareness, breathing, and relieving common complaints associated with new motherhood.

Attending a series course provides you with a progressive learning curriculum that is tailored specifically to the needs of the people enrolled. Personalized attention and your own spot at the Wall will help you find the best practice to serve your unique body and being.

Join Dani as we look at the principles of being a Warrior in life and the asanas - Warrior 1, Warrior 2, and Warrior 3 with use of The Great Yoga Wall. We will use the wall and chairs to understand pelvic stability and hip mobility. We will move through leg, hip and ankle orientations and upper body movements for flexibility, mobility and strengthening. Let’s cultivate awareness from strength through the body as our feet touch the Earth as we March on ….

Yoga Wall for Spinal Awareness
with Dani Locastro

Join Dani in this special Pop-UP wall class that will take you through an experience of understanding the spine. We will work with the wall system of belts, bars and straps as well as a chair to support the “felt -sense” and alignment of the spine through the practice. This practice meets you where you are, and Dani will mindfully teach you to connect with the supportive props and yourself for deep awareness of effort and ease to be in the asana practice- supported. No wall experience necessary.
