4th trimester series is a postpartum rehab series focusing on healing, core/pelvic floor awareness, breathing, and relieving common complaints associated with new motherhood.

Experience the many benefits of the Yoga Wall through a semi-private course (4 Students). Attending a series course provides you with a progressive learning curriculum that is tailored specifically to the needs of the people enrolled. Personalized attention and your own spot at the Wall will help you find the best practice to serve your unique body and being.

Imagine standing in Tree Pose with one leg lifted and your eyes closed. The world shifts around you, but you remain still, grounded, and in tune with yourself and the universe. This is the essence of yoga; a flame that once lit, can guide you through the ups and downs of life. Join Dani for this wall course that focuses on steading the mind, eyes and body to connect to your center points for balance, no matter the position of the body. Dani will introduce you to some transformative practices and techniques for total stability and well-being. You’ll workshop essential yoga balance poses and discover holistic yoga techniques such as breathwork and chakra meditation, all designed to help you focus and find your center again.

Yoga Wall for Spinal Awareness
with Dani Locastro

Join Dani in this special Pop-UP wall class that will take you through an experience of understanding the spine. We will work with the wall system of belts, bars and straps as well as a chair to support the “felt -sense” and alignment of the spine through the practice. This practice meets you where you are, and Dani will mindfully teach you to connect with the supportive props and yourself for deep awareness of effort and ease to be in the asana practice- supported. No wall experience necessary.
