My love of fitness as an adult began after giving birth to my second child. I was looking for something to improve my health both physically and mentally and found a wonderful local community in a CrossFit gym. After becoming pregnant with my third child I pursued educating myself in the fitness realm as I was craving more specific instruction as to what type of movement was ideal for me during pregnancy and how to modify movements that I loved. I pursued certification as a CrossFit Trainer and then became certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. Since then I have run classes focused on fitness during pregnancy and in the lifelong postpartum period. I love creating a safe, supportive, educational space for women to improve their overall health and well-being.
