There are many common complaints that lots of folks have: back & neck pain, sciatica, shoulder impingement, tight hips, trouble sleeping, stress, and the list goes on. Have you ever wanted to learn tools to help navigate what you’re feeling in your body, perhaps mitigating the need to run straight to a doctor or PT? From breath techniques, to strength training, to self myofascial release, you can learn how to give yourself the attention and care that my help you meet yourself where you are. Come and practice with Samantha. All levels welcome, Samantha always teaches to each individual person.

This weekly 1-hour class will offer students an opened door to a world of movement, philosophy, and laughter. All skill levels are welcome, and beginners are especially encouraged!

Garage Studio
This class features a different creative series of flowing postures each week. You'll sync the postures with your breathing to build strength, invite flexibility, and challenge balance. A great music playlist will motivate your movement, and a guided relaxation rewards you at the end! Appropriate for students with at least a little prior yoga experience.

Breathing Room Studio
Join Dani for class to help target educational awareness in understanding the principals of poses and breathing techniques for cultivating a healthy body, clear mind and space for awareness. We will focus in a supportive capacity with lots of props like a chair, the wall, blocks, blankets, belts to dig deep in custom alignment, flexibility, strength and resilience to experience the pose for uniting ourselves into our body, breath and mind for holistic health benefits.

In Smart Strength Training for Women we will focus on increasing strength and improving movement patterns for carryover into everyday activities. All movements will be scaled/modified to fit the specific needs of each individual. Women of all abilities are encouraged to participate. The hormonal, bone and organ health considerations specific to female bodies will be carefully tended to.

Fascia is the connective tissue of the body that forms an interconnected system to help support, protect, and move our structure. Myofascial release (MFR) can help soothe sore and stiff areas, enhance breathing, and calm the nervous system. Through using massage balls, foam rollers, and more, we will practice self-treatment techniques to hydrate, release, and build resiliency in our tissues along with simple movements and Yoga asanas to enhance the effects of the work. When our fascia is nourished and balanced, we can experience pain relief, greater mobility, and a renewed sense of well being.

This class is designed to help you find a balance of steadiness and ease in your body and mind. From a physical standpoint, we will use these concepts to find a functional range of motion that helps strengthen and lengthen our bodies and support our joints, and allows us to move with greater stability and ease. From a subtle energetic standpoint, we will explore how these ideas translate to the breath and the mind to help calm and smooth out our thoughts and breathing and facilitate the movement of Prana through our system.

Weekly quad sessions to help you explore and cultivate your Yoga Wall practice. Personalized attention is given to help you find variations for your unique body and being. These sessions focus on building strength and mobility along with providing spinal traction and facilitating healthy breathing patterns and subtle body awareness.
