Whether you are looking to improve function for everyday tasks or improve athletic function with a specific goal or event in mind, sessions will be tailored to meet your needs. Goals will be established together while taking into consideration your history, needs, and body. Introductory conversations are always welcome and encouraged prior to booking a session.


Sessions Include:


  • program/goal development
  • mobility, strength training, alignment/technique
  • specializing in special populations such as:
  • chronic pain/ailment
  • osteoarthritis
  • osteoporosis
  • *prenatal/postpartum*
  • brand new beginners
  • folks in later stages of life


Erin is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley. In her spare time she can be found adventuring with her husband and three children, in the gym lifting weights, or doing anything that gets her outdoors!
