A FulBeing Day Retreat

What are you nourishing and hoping to grow in your life? Join the Collective this Spring for our very first full day retreat offering. What we choose to feed and nourish shapes our being on many levels. This retreat is an opportunity for us to intentionally choose the seeds we wish to plant this season. Spring into your fullness with a complete day of movement, meditation, self care, therapeutic treatments, and creative exploration.


Retreat Schedule:


8:30 AM 

Arrival. Check in and orientation for the day’s events


9:00-10:00 am

Opening Ceremony: Listen, Breathe, and Move your Self w/ Sam

Beginning this retreat day together in community, this first hour will be a chance to recognize and honor the natural rhythm of our breath, our bodies’ capacity to move intuitively, and our connection to one another. Accompanied by some fun and rhythmic music, we’ll explore our breath’s natural flow, our bodies’ instinctual, feel-good ways of moving (that may even end up feeling like dancing!), and the collective energy in the room that it all creates. This will set the tone for nourishing our full Selves for the day, and moving forward into the Spring season and beyond. 



10:00-11:00 am 

Myofascial Release to Calm, Soothe, and Support w/ Joelle

Fascia is the connective tissue of the body that forms an interconnected system to help support, protect, and move our structure. Myofascial release (MFR) can help soothe sore and stiff areas, enhance breathing, and calm the nervous system. Through using massage balls, foam rollers, and more, we will practice self-treatment techniques to hydrate, release, and build resiliency in our tissues. When our fascia is nourished and balanced, we can experience pain relief, greater mobility, and a sense of calm that can support our other movement, meditation, and healing practices.


11:15 am-12:15 pm

Nourishing Our Whole Selves: The Yogic Perspective on Full Being w/ Sarah

Join Sarah for meditation and a dharma talk/ discussion on how yoga views our complex and interconnected human system, learn tools for self reflection and connection, and step away with a deeper understanding of how practice supports our whole being. 


12:15 pm: Lunch Begins  **Note: A self-paced Lunch will be provided between 12:15-2:15 so you may choose to eat when you are not scheduled to be in a private session. Snacks will be available throughout the day.


12:30-4:30 pm

Afternoon Private Mini-Sessions:


  • Energy Healing, Scalp/Jaw/Neck Massage, or Reading w/ Holly (15 minute session)


1. Enhance your connection through balancing your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical self with an energy healing.

2. Nourish yourself with a scalp, neck, and jaw massage that promotes relaxation and joy.

or

3. Integrate your day with a reflective card reading, guided by your inner knowing and wisdom.


  • PEMF and Acupuncture w/ Erika (15 minute session)

Enhance your morning experience with a 15 minute rest on a PEMF/Infrared therapy mat (with or without acupuncture). Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency technology mimics the healing vibrations of the Earth while the infrared heat deeply warms your body. Together they increase circulation, decrease inflammation and pain and help to relieve the experience of stress on your systems. Five acupuncture points can be added to reinforce the effects of the session. 


  • Interviews

These one-on-one sessions are an opportunity to ask questions, share reflections, and receive guidance on your yoga and meditation practice. These short, focused sessions will be discussion based, and will give the student an opportunity to reflect on the heart of their practice, where they need support, and how they might move forward into more depth and clarity.


4:30-5:45 pm

Spark Creativity & Community w/ Dani

Your voice is your seat of power. It doesn’t have to be only words heard–it can be marks of expression from your soul. So why have so many of us shut down to sing, doodle, dance or draw particularly as we age? It is Dani’s mission to give you the tools, the space and the understanding that you have the potential to spark your creativity by coming into the process of non-attachment through yoga asanas and mark-making with community. She believes there is a masterpiece inside everyone, and this print is just waiting to be expressed. Come dare to be creative with yoga & art!


5:45-6:30 pm

Closing & Sharing Circle with the Collective



Investment: $285 per participant, paid at time of registration


Please Note: Those who register will receive further schedule details and paperwork closer to the event. If the retreat is full and you weren't able to get a spot, please email contact@fulbeingcollective.com to be placed on a waitlist and/or for priority scheduling for our next retreat on Oct. 4. There is a 2-week cancellation policy for all FulBeing retreats. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will result in a full charge except in extreme extenuating circumstances.
